Award Category - IBF Inspire Award

This award recognises financial institutions which have gone the extra mile in committing to the IBF Standards as part of their learning journey and in driving IBF Standard adoption numbers.

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants should fulfil the following:

  • Financial Institution registered in Singapore
  • Have actively adopted IBF Standards as part of the organisation’s learning and talent development efforts in the year 2015
  • Strong organisational initiatives in raising financial sector workforce competency within the industry in the year 2015
  • Senior management’s commitment towards promotion of IBF Standards in its training and development programs in the year 2015

Judging Panel

The judging panel for the above award categories comprises of an Independent Review Panel, Chairperson of the IBF Standards Committee, a member of the IBF Council and the CEO of IBF. The judges’ decision on the awards will be final.
