All papers must be formatted according to the above template and submitted in MS Word format(lowest acceptable version: MS Word 97-2003).

The Organizing Committee reserves the right to reject papers that do not comply with the above requirements or the topics of the conference.

Authors bear full responsibility for the submitted papers.

All papers will be registered in iThenticate.

The overall size of all papers is limited to 6standard pages with the following format:

  • Paper Size:Letter.
  • Line spacing: Single.
  • Font: Times New Roman 11 pt;
  • Margins: Top – 2.2”; Bottom – 1.3”; Left – 1.7”; Right – 1.7”

(orTop – 5.59 cm.; Bottom – 3.3 cm; Left – 4.32 cm; Right – 4.32cm)

  • Footnotes: Times New Roman 9 pt, Single
  • Page numbering:Top of Page, Mirrored (Mirror margins).
  • Indent:0.5”(or1.27 cm).
  • All equations, figures, graphs and tables must be embedded in the text.
  • A blank line must be inserted between the text and any equation, figure, graph and/or table.
  • All equations must be created with the Equation Editor function.
  • All graphs and figures must be created with MS Power Point or MS Excel. Their titles should be centered below the graphical object in Times New Roman 11 pt, italic.
  • Table titles must be above the table, with Left Alignment
