11 / Drinking Water / UPDATE. WC have rectified the faults identified, LG to chase written confirmation. These will have had no effect on water quality, so not retesting has been done, water in Meerkats/Otters and Falcons/Owls remains “not for drinking”.

15 / Small School’s Grant / UPDATE. There is a small amount of the Grant left. This is being maintained to help fund any shortfall in School Dinner costs (need to average 56 meals a day.)
Everyone seems happy with the quality of food being provided by Elidor.
16 / Classroom Thermostats / UPDATE The majority of the thermostats have been replaces. A couple remain outstanding. This work came in slightly over budget (£700). / KV
17 / Disabled Shower / UPDATE. Power supply unit is broken, shower cannot be run, threrefore no Legionella risk (KV to check). If shower is needed in future – consider a plan for its re-commission. / KV
18 / 5 year Electrical Test / UPDATE Electrical check has been completed, awaiting the final report, LG to chase. WC have fixed all of the faults identified within the report. / LG
19 / Tree Survey / UPDATE Survey completed. Identified the need to remove a limb from one tree and to remove a dead tree from Site. / KV
20 / 5 year Condition Survey / UPDATE Survey completed by WC, without consultation with Staff. Action points within Survey noted.
