This questionnaire comprises four sections. The first section contains questions of a general nature concerning the regional meeting. The second contains questions relating to the substantive aspects of the regional meeting. The third contains questions on the organizational aspects of the regional meeting. The fourth and last section contains questions on the regional seminar and the round table.

It is respectively suggested that participants who did not attend the previous regional meetings should consult, wherever possible, their predecessors to enable them to reply to the questions concerning those meetings. Likewise, your detailed observations on all questions would be highly appreciated.*
