Dear NXR Athletes and Parents,

Attached, please find a copy of the NXR Info Sheet for 2017.

Please note that the process for NXR has changed from years past… In order to accommodate all of the varying schedules, we are having all of the participants (Coaches, Athletes, Chaperones, and Families) book their own flights this year. We have a flight scheduled that we have chosen as the “Team Flight” and encourage all of you to be on that flight. Those details are listed below.

But, if for some reason, you are not able to book on the Team Flight, you will need to meet us at the airport when the Team Flight lands, or you will need to make your own way to the Hotel and be there by5:00 pm. We will send out another email at a later time to ask for your flight plans so please do not send them to me now.

We are also going to need parents volunteer to chaperone (drive the kids around).If you are able and willing to be a chaperone, please email r Coach Dalby .

We have reserved enough rooms at the hotel for the Coaches, Athletes, and Chaperones. We will also reserve the cars for you as chaperones, so all you will need to do is purchase your flight ticket.

For families who want to come and cheer on the athletes, we have a room block for some additional rooms at the hotel. You can make your reservations by following the directions below. The Hotel room block is on a first come first serve basis until they are sold out or untilOctober 13, 2017.

(This is the same hotel we have used in the past)

To book a hotel room, you have three options:

Option 1: Just copy and paste in the URL and it will bring your guest directly to our hotel website and all they have to do is select the dates they are staying and it populates with the rate code and rate for the group.

Option 2: call our hotel direct to the Hyatt480-812-9600, hit “802”and tell the Reservation person the group is under the Vista Nations TrackGroup Block and the Rate code is G-VNT3.

Option 3: call the Hyatt toll free number1-888-591-1234and tell them thegroup is under the Vista Nations TrackGroup Block with the rate code G-VNT3with the rate of $105.
