as his/her/its/their attorney and/or agent and representative in the Philippines, to facilitate the recording of this

Assignment, to prosecute the subject application for letters patent, to receive the Letter Patent, to transact all

businessinthe Intellectual Property Office in connection therewith, and upon whom may be serve thecorresponding

notices or processes, thereof.
