14 April 1608 Master Dodsworth absolved the said Ellen Haughton the wife of Thomas Haughton, and Ann Haughton, and absolved them upon Master Kay’s certificate that Ann Haughton did receive the holy communion at Easter last and that the said Ellen has promised to receive being absolved.
Against John Heathorne he hath drawne Anne his supposed wife from the Churche.
Against Jane Middleton widow for saying King James hath no more wit than her son James, which James is a natural fool, and she is suspected to be a persuader from the religion now established.

On which day appeared personally and confessed that is was only upon one day, whereupon the lord dismissed them with a warning etc.

On the 9th day of November 1615 appeared Master Rich’ and exhibited his procuracy for the said Brearley. The lord at his petition absolved the said Brearley under caution.
Against Joan Waddington widow for depraving the book of Common Prayer, and especially for despising the sign of the cross in baptism, and for calling the minister and reader thereof dumbe dogg.
Against Giles Thornburr for a non-communicant at Waddington at Easter last.
1 December 1615 appeared Robert Porter, messenger sent for the said Thorneburr, and made faith. He says that he has received at Waddington since this presentment was made, whereupon he is dismissed.
