ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP MEETING
MINUTES FEBRUARY 2, 2016
The meeting was called to order at 9:40 p.m. by Commodore Langer.
Secretary Miklaucic read a Roll Call that resulted in 51 full members in attendance. A quorum was present in accordance to Article VIII, Section 6b of the By-Laws.
Minutes of the previous Annual Meeting were read and approved.
Treasurer Weaver stated the following members who have changed status or are no longer members of the Fairport Harbor Yacht Club for 2016

Treasurer Weaver read the proposed budget for 2016. This budget is based on 110 full members. The 2016 budget is $145,090 compared to the 2015 budget of $142,265. In 2015 we had income of $155,000
Notable expense changes are :
- TV Service dropped from $2250 to $1500
- Dropped the $1000 Commodore’s discretionary fund
- Grounds Maintenance changed from $5000 to $6000
- Legal and Professional fees increased to $2500
- Real estate taxes increased by $200 to $20,400.
- Planning budget is $13,240
