1. No purchase necessary to enter the prize draw.
2. This prize draw is open to people aged 18 years or over, with the exception of employees of Amdocs, their families, agents and anyone else connected with this promotion.
3. To be entered into the prize draw all survey questions must be answered.

4. Entries must be received by midnight (GMT) on March 5, 2015. Amdocs accepts no responsibility for any entries that are incomplete, illegible, corrupted or fail to reach Amdocs by the relevant closing date for any reason. Entries via agents or third parties are invalid.
4. Only one entry per person. No entrant may win more than one prize.
5. The prize is: Beats by Dr. Dre. No cash alternative will be offered.
6. Prizes are subject to availability. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, Amdocs reserves the right (a) to substitute alternative prizes of equivalent or greater value and (b) in exceptional circumstances to amend or foreclose the promotion without notice. No correspondence will be entered into.
7. The winner will be notified via email March 10, 2015. The winner must claim their prize within 5 working days of Amdocs sending notification. If the prize is unclaimed after this time, it will lapse and Amdocs reserves the right to offer the unclaimed prize to a substitute winner selected in accordance with these rules.
8. To obtain details of the winner please email stating the name of the prize draw in the subject heading 4 weeks after the closing date.
9. By entering this prize draw, all entrants consent to the use of their data being used by Amdocs to promote information about other products and services including, but not limited to, competitions. You may opt out of receiving such information at any time by contacting us at the address above.
10. The prize will be awarded to the winner under the condition that the winner will confirm that they have communicated the prize to his/her employer Company and attained its approval in compliance with all applicable internal procedures.

11. The winner agrees to take part in reasonable post event publicity and to the use of their name and photograph in such publicity if required.
