FACILITIES / The competition pool is 6 lanes, 25 yards with depth ranging from 4 to 12 feet.

Parking is available adjacent to the Zimmerli Athletic facility.

- Officials will be needed from all teams to cover all sessions.
ELIGIBILITY / This meet is open to all YMCA swimmers who have competed in a minimum of two (2) CENKEY YMCA meets during the current 2016-17 season. All swimmers must be full privilege members of their YMCA, and must have represented only their YMCA in competition, excluding high school teams. Swimmers’ age is as December 1, 2016. Swimmers who are 21 and under and have not represented a post high school institution in closed or open completion are eligible to participate.
QUALIFYING TIMES / There are no qualifying times for this meet.
ENTRY LIMITS / Swimmers are limited to a maximum of four events in any combination
ENTRY FEES / $5.00/individual event, $20.00/relay - OR $5 PER PERSON
EVENTS/SESSIONS / Session 1 (Saturday Morning)- would be the 8 and under events only
Session 2- (Saturday Afternoon) 10 and under, and 11-12 events
Session 3 (Sunday Morning) 13 and over
WARM UP & START TIMES / Session 1: warm up – 8:00 a.m. start time – 9:00 a.m.
Session 2: warm up – 12:30 p.m. start time – 1:30 p.m.
Session 3: warm up – 11:00 a.m. start time – 12:00 noon
All times subject to change! Team warm up times will be assigned.
SCORING / Individual Events: 16-13-12-11-10-9-7-5-4-3-2-1
Relay Events: 32-26-24-22-20-18-14-10-8-6-4-2
SWIMMER SEEDING / Seeding will be by entry time, from slowest to fastest heat.
SCRATCH RULE / If a swimmer fails to compete in a scheduled event without declaring a false start, he/she will be disqualified from that event. Points scored in previous events shall stand
COACHES REQUIREMENTS / All coaches must be currently registered. All deck coaches should be registered and verified by YMCA PA Swimming.
SAFETY & WARM UP PROCEDURES / YMCA and USA SWIMMING safety procedures will be enforced throughout the meet.
- Use of audio or video recording devices, including a cell phone, are not permitted in changing areas, restroom, or locker areas.
- Shaving is not permitted in the facility.
- Changing into or out of swimsuits other than in locker rooms, or other designated areas is not appropriate, and strongly discouraged.
- No diving or backstroke starts are permitted except in one way sprint lanes when designated.
- The referee may remove anyone from warm ups for failure to comply with warm up rules.
- Swimmers without a coach must meet with the Meet Director before entering the pool for warm ups for lane assignment.
- Swimmers who are 12 & Under who are without a coach will swim with and be supervised by the host club during warm up.
NO SPECTATORS WILL BE ALLOWED ON THE POOL DECK AT ANY TIME!

RESULTS / Unofficial results will be posted during the meet in the lobby/concession/team area.

PUT YOUR CHOICE OF EVENTS IN THE NOTES SECTION WHEN YOU COMMIT TO THE MEET SAY/SESSION. 4 EVENTS IS $20 IF ONE OF THEM IS A RELAY ITS STILL $20
Please pick up 4 events. If you would like to swim a relay please put that in the #4 spot and then list an additional individual event in #5 spot in case there are not enough people for the number of relays requested then you will get 4 individual events.
