"In accordance with Article 20 (1) (a) of the Agreement the Republic of Austria declares that this Agreement is not applicable to the air space reserved for the operation of a military aerodrome as long as the air space is reserved."

"The Republic of Austria declares that it may provisionally apply the Agreement according to its Article 24 only as of the date of deposit of its instrument of ratification."
