CANFORD HEATH EAST AND WEST, CREEKMOOR AND OAKDALE AREA COMMITTEE
To be held on Wednesday, 18 June 2003
At 7.00 pm in the Drawing Room, Upton House, Poole
You are invited to attend this meeting of the Area Committee to discuss the items set out below.
The Committee will comprise the Councillors for the Canford Heath East Ward
( Councillors Curtis and Mrs Moore). The Canford Heath West Ward (Councillors Allen and Matthews), the Creekmoor Ward (Councillors Burden, Mrs Butt and Rampton ) and the Oakdale Ward (Councillors Adams, Gillard and Montrose).
Councillor Mrs Butt will Chair this meeting.

Request from residents to replant small shrub bed under trees behind the flats numbers 93-115 Hasler Road.
(b)Tree Management Programme
To receive a proposal for a tree management programme on open space off Warburton Road.
(c)Canford Heath Parkway
Councillor Mrs Moore will report on a proposal to replace seating on Canford Heath Parkway.
(d)Lynn Close
Request from residents for shrub/tree planting on open space off Lynn Close to help design out anti-social behaviour and football play.
(e)Cribb Close
Request from residents for shrub/tree planting on green in Cribb Close to help discourage youngsters from playing football.

(a)Woodpecker Drive/Northmere Drive Junction – safety concerns
The Chairman will report.
(b)Traffic Regulation Orders
To consider the report of the Head of Transportation Services
(c)Bridges from Tower Park to Verity & Sherborne Crecents
Councillor Mrs Moore will report on a proposal to upgrade existing lighting and provide additional lamp columns on bridges between Tower Park and Verity and Sherborne Crescents.
