Theme: Pirates! (Costumes are highly encouraged. A prize will be awarded to the group with the most Pirate spirit!)
Who: Any Cub Pack who wants to have an Amazing Pirate Adventure!
Price: Cost is $15/cub and $10/leader. (Includes food and program)
Food: The Cubs should bring their own lunch, Dinner and snacks will be provided
Events: Events are all provided and run by the camp staff
Registration: To reserve a spot please send us an email as soon as possible that your group is planning to attend as space is limited.
Registration forms and money are due no later than Sunday, May 3rd, 2015.
Registration cheques will not be refunded after Friday, May 15th, 2015 (due to food purchasing reasons).

North Waterloo Cuboree 2014 Event Information
Drinking Water: Drinking water will be available at camp. Please have your youth bring reusable water bottles.
First Aid: First aid personnel will be on patrol during Cuboree. Also they may be found at the designated First Aid tent in the main field near the building. If you are in need of First Aid please contact one of these individuals immediately.
Parking: Parking directions will be given upon arrival at the camp. We will be using the Scout Entrance Gate (not the one near the barn). Look for people in reflective cloths.
Camp Fire: Parents are encouraged to attend Camp Fire on Saturday night. Food will not be provided for parents attending for camp fire so please have them arrive at 6:30pm and eat before they come.
Costumes and Theme Props: Costumes and theme props are highly encouraged. There will be a prize for the Cub Pack deemed to have the most Pirate spirit. No real or toy pirate themed weapons are permitted (our first aiders really appreciate your cooperation in this respect). Plastic Pirate hooks do not fall under this category and therefore may be worn to camp.
What to Pack: Please bring your own:
- Refillable water bottles
- Outdoor cloths suitable for the weather

All leaders and youth attending are required to be registered with Scouts Canada. Proof of registration must be provided at the door (MyScouts or equivalent). Registration is due Sunday, May 3rd, 2015. Registration cheques will not be refunded after Friday, May 15th, 2015.
