1.If you seea property advertised that your group wishes to view, enter your details below. You can apply to view up to TWO properties. EMAIL this document to us at (strictly one application per group).

2. When we receive up to 5 applications to view a property, we shall remove it from our website and email the lead tenant with details of a viewing appointment. This will be during an evening or weekend to avoid clashes with classes. This appointment cannot be changed and ALL tenants are required to attend.

3.Email us by 9am the day after the viewing if you wish to take the property. We shall then liaise with the landlordand let you know if your application has been successful (we will let you know within 24 hours).If you are successful, we shall request the following documents to be sent to us via email for each tenant:

a)Previous landlord or halls reference letter;

b)Guarantor form (note: you must use the guarantor template on the ‘students’ page of our website);

c)Copy of matriculation card.

4.We shall then invite you to our office to sign the lease and associated paperwork.

terms of application

By sending in this application you confirm that ALL tenants listed below understand and agree to the following:

  1. Rent is payable quarterly in advance and is to be paid to us in ONE SUM by the lead tenant;
  2. The rent does NOT include utility bills, broadband or TV licence unless otherwise stated;
  3. Deposits are due at the time of lease signing. Current L&T tenants can delay paying their share of the deposit until the start of the tenancy. For example: 4 bedroom property: 3 current L&T tenants, 1non L&T tenant. We will therefore require 25% (1/4 share) of the deposit to be paid at the time of lease signing from the non L&T tenant.
  4. NO changes of tenants are permitted before or during the tenancy. For example,if a tenant is studying abroad for a semester, they will need to continue paying the rent until the day the lease is ended.
  5. By providing us your email addresses, you agree for us to use email as your preferred method of communication, including tenancy notices. You agree to inform us in writing if this address ever changes.
