  • Developed and implemented relocation plan to move Alliant Energy’s DataCenter from downtown Madison to new headquarters, resulting in a seamless move to the end users, with very minimal downtime and maximum data safety during the move
  • Developed, maintained and tested Disaster Recovery Plan for both Windows and Novell Environments in the event of a loss of the data center
  • Developed and installed a multi-eDirectory - multi-os tree environment including:Windows Active Directory, Meta, Workforce, and LDAP eDirectories
  • Combined users’ credentials to create one username and password, saving support time and minimizing user password issues
  • Designed and installed a 6000 user GroupWise system including: Virus and SPAM scanning, multi-post offices spanning a large multi-state environment, Web Access, and Instant Messaging
  • Installed a single signon system (iChain) protecting: Lotus Notes Web Interface, GroupWise Web Access, and Internal Web applications
  • Installed and supported a Multi-Cluster environment for: File services, GroupWise, NDPS (Novell Distributed Print Services)
