  1. Upon receipt of the fees, we will send an e-mail to confirm payment received in one month time. If you have not received the payment confirmation e-mail in one-and-a-half-month time, please contact us at(852) 2646-2647.
  2. Please ensure the information that you provide to us are correct and we will not take any responsibility as the items are printed in accordance with the provided information. An administrative cost of HKD 50/USD 10will be charged if a replacement certificate (item B) is required.
