1. FORMAT:36 holes, stroke play. 5 competitive flights: Overall, 50-55, 56-61, 62-67, & 68 and over.
2. TEES: White markers.3. FEES: $150 entrance fee; includes greens fees, carts, prizes, & lunch.
4. PRIZES: Top 12 places overall; & top 8 places in each age flight. 5. PURSE: $4,000 (gift certificates); based on a full field of 60 players.
6. RULES COMMITTEE: The 2016 Lehigh Valley Senior Amateur Medal Play Championship will be played under official 2016 USGA rules, and all applicable
Localrules as interpreted by the Green Pond PGA Golf Professional staff. The Green Pond PGA Golf Professional staff and GALV tournament officials will be
the tournament rules committee.7. PIN POSITIONS: The pin positions will be determined daily by Green Pond.
8. 2016 LEHIGH VALLEY SENIOR AMATEUR MEDAL PLAY CHAMPIONSHIP HONORS: The winner of the 2016 Lehigh Valley Senior Amateur Medal Play Championship - regardless of age flight - will be declared the senior amateur medal play champion of the greater Lehigh Valley, PA region for 2016. The winner will also earn a 10-year exemption to the Lehigh Valley Tournament of Champions, Senior Division.
9. STARTING TIMES: Starting times will be available from Green Pond Country Club (610-691-9453), and/or the GALV (610-437-4982) or beginning Wednesday, June 1, 2016. The second round starting times will be available 45 minutes after all of the first round scores have been posted.
10. FOURSOME PAIRINGS: First round - blind draw. Second round - by the reverse order (highest to lowest) of the first round scores. Ties in the first round scores will be broken (for the purpose of establishing the second round times) in the order the tied players registered their first round scores.
NOTE:The Lehigh Valley Senior Amateur Medal Play Championship tournament committee reserves the right to verify handicaps, addresses, and amateur status of applicants as defined by the United States Golf Association. All applications for entrance to this tournament are subject to acceptance by the tournament committee. The tournament committee reserves the right to limit entries, adjust tournament dates, time, competitive formats, and other tournament procedures to adjust to conditions prevailing at the time of the tournament. Purse amounts are predicated on the estimated number of players in the field that are listed in this tournament application. If less players play than estimated for this tournament, purse amounts will be reduced by a similar or accelerated percentage.. All applicants agree to abide by the rules of golf as defined by the United States Golf Association, local tournament rules set forth by the tournament committee, and any rules committee rulings. Applicants to this tournament hereby release the tournament committee, rules committee, and the Green Pond Country Club personnel from any and all liability for any event or consequence whatsoever in any way arising out of or relating to the applicants entry and/or participation in this tournament; with the sole and singular exception of liability arising out of willful misconduct by the tournament committee. Entrance fees are non-refundable; except to players who give 1 week withdrawal notice to the GALV; or cancellation of play due to severe weather conditions, in which case applicable greens fees will be refunded subject to the tournament host golf club's refund policy.

5. waiver page: Review the waiver. Click on "I agree to the above waiver", click “Next”
6. fill out the membership form, click “Next”, continue with the tournament registration process.
