Before submitting a nomination, be sure that the organization or person you are considering agrees to become a nominee. In previous years many businesses and non-profit organizations expressed a strong preference that their nomination come from outside of the organization, but self-nomination by an organization is permitted.

- Please list the names of all executives who report directly to the CEO, COO or most senior local executive (if a local division of a large company) or the Executive Director (if a non-profit)

It is helpful if your examples draw on both actions of senior managers and actions of employees. Consider the five principles that form the criteria for the award as you answer each question.
