Although Lyn has yet to finalize the details for the lobby renderings, the following is an estimate based on the various options discussed the other day. Once Lyn has finalized the artwork and graphic directions, I can then give you a proper quotation, but for now this budget number should be fine for what’s been discussed.
We will assume that any painting, electrical / HDMI outlet changes, etc., will be done, prior to any of the potential work below commencing?
Area 1 (wall above main entrance door area)
For now I am working on the plan of installing premade aluminum frame structures that will hold 2 left and right panels (4’x8’) in a portrait fashion and 1 panel centrally positioned above the double doors. Each of the panels will be slightly angled (10° maybe) with the bottom edge about 12” – 14” out from the wall so as to avoid any conduits and metal box structures.
Estimated budget @ $4,330.00 + HST
Side walls
Option A)
The 2 side walls, each approximately 19ft x 10ft will be covered with a 3M digitally printed vinyl with a 3M lustre gloss laminate. There is a bit of an allowance for unscrewing some lighting conduit to allow an ease of access for the install.

Option B)
The wall on the left as you enter the lobby area will have a wooden stud wall built (2” x 4” construction) with an allowance to contain the vending machine in the middle. The wall will be 10ft high and will have approximately 90” of wall either side of the vending machine (there will be about 48” of wall above the vending machine recess). The image will be digitally printed to 0.125” ACM panel (Alupanel) and will have a lustre gloss laminate applied to the surface.
The right hand wall will still be done as per option A.

Vending machine:
The vending machine can be wrapped using 3M’s 180Cv3 vinyl (lustre gloss laminate) and the sides and most of the front areas will be covered.

Display case wrap:
This display case could be wrapped also using 3M’s 180Cv3 vinyl (lustre gloss laminate)
