Welcome back to YSFF training sessions. This year we hope to achieve many more goals together as a team with the support of all our members. Last year was a very good year for YSFF, and we couldn’t have done it without the support of you all. We believe this year will even present a greater success for the organization.

Plans for 2014

-YSFF is affiliated with the Essex County FA in 2014

-YSFC (Young Stars Football Club) will be registered to a league this season, Parents who would like their children to be in YSFC will need to ensure their children will be available for a midweek training session and a weekend match. The days for the training will be set based on availability of the registered members (majority carries the vote).

-YSFC has been initiated to give the children the opportunity to play in a league, providing a route to elitism.

-YSFF will still remain and hold it’s regular training and development sessions on Saturday mornings.

-Rules of YSFC are slightly different from that of YSFF (enquire from Patrick about joining YSFC).

-Payments for both YSFF and YSFC can now be made online and will be the most preferred method of payment as it will help the organization keep control of it’s finances.

Sponsorship

We are currently looking for local sponsorship, we urge any member who knows anyone who would like us to market their business for them by putting their crest on our website, kits, or equipment depending on level of sponsorship. We are constantly working on trying to get better sponsorship from other providers which includes mac Donald’s, co-operative bank, sport England etc. the level of sponsorship we get will enable us appoint more coaches and staffs, fully secure an indoor venue for YSFF and Astro for YSFC, purchase more equipment.

Volunteers

We are seeking volunteers who will be willing to assist the team in any way. We have positions like welfare officer, club coaches, and secretary positions available. For the welfare officer and club coach, the organization will pay for your attendance of the required course.

Club kit

Club kit is advertised on the website ( via the marketplace link. We are currently waiting on sponsors to complete the tops and tracksuit. In case we are unable to get a sponsor before the season kicks off, parents will need to purchase the jersey on registration for YSFC as all teams require a jersey. Our colors are Red and Green, see website for more info.

Club Website

Support our organization by doing your daily shopping through our website. You will be able to buy things from 100’s of UK shops at no extra cost and by so doing earn our club a bonus. Remember every little helps. We alsohave a maths page for children aged from 5 – 15 years to help remind them the need for education. We will periodically try to update our website with current activities with time. Please ensure you read and sign the code of conduct in training if you have not done that yet.
