New British Champion

Congratulations to the owners and breeders of the latest British Champions to be crowned, HazrohUlk and ImpranahZante. Well done Suzy Small and Joan Docherty, Shonagh and Jim Robertson and Jackie Turner.

An up to date list of all exhibits with 10 or more British Champion Points will be posted in the Information tab of our website very soon.

Certificate of Excellence

We are delighted to award the first certificates of excellence which were introduced in 2014 to recognise exhibits that are consistently awarded the highest grading of “V” – Excellent. Congratulations to the first two recipients: Nicky Redpath’s British Champion ImpranahXtra and Shirley Hutchinson’s British Champion and KC Champion MascaniIkon IPO2 Kkl .

To apply for a certificate of excellence, the exhibit must have been awarded 10 V gradings, at least one of which must have been after 1/1/14. Application forms can be downloaded from our website.

New Regional Group

A new group has been formed and has been approved for affiliation to the GSD League of Great Britain and the WUSV/BRG-BRG, we welcome North West GSD Group to the organisation and wish you well for the future. The Chairman of the new group is Stephen Horrocks and Secretary is Anita Guy. This club also has a GSD League Working Dog Branch – Kenyon IPO

Changes for 2015

From 2015, all regional shows will schedule working classes for long coat exhibits. We are pleased that there are now several long coats in the UK qualified to enter this class and several more on their way towards it and we hope that they will support the scheduling of these classes.

The 2014 Christmas Cracker is almost upon us and promises to be a fabulous festive day with something for everyone – festive prizes, home-made food, raffle, lucky dip, gluehwein and mince pies.
