Rotary Club of Donelson-Hermitage

** Website Logon instructions for our Club & District 6760 websites **

The initial Login information for new Rotarians on both our Club and District websites is created as part of enrolling your membership into ClubRunner by a club officer. The normal Login naming convention is first initial, last name, 5971. For example: dsmith5971 (5971 being the number assigned to our club by ClubRunner to help a ensure each Rotarian has a unique Login name).

1. Click "Login" on the Club website home page.

2. Click on "New and existing users - Retrieve your password" and enter your particulars there and your info will be emailed to you.

3. Once you are logged in, you may edit your own profile, change your own Login name and Password, view club directory and documents, and view or do several other functions depending on your website access level (officers have a higher website access level to do more functions for the club or district).

Your Logon information for our Club and our District websites are the same since both websites use ClubRunner as the provider.

** Website Logon instructionsfor the Rotary International website **

Your Logon for the Rotary International website is different from the Club and District website Logon and must be created on your first use. Here, your Login name is your email address.

1. Click on "Member Access" at top of home page.

2. First time users need to click the "Create Account" button on the main page.

3. Enter your e-mail address to create an account.

4. You will be asked to provide additional information to determine your relationship with Rotary International and match you with your record in the Rotary International database.

5. You will receive a verification e-mail with a hyperlink within 24 hours.

6. You must click on the verification link to complete the registration process.

7. If you do not see the e-mail in your Inbox, check your Spam/Bulk/Junk folder.

Note: the primary email address you give our club to enroll you into our Rotary system is the email address used in all Rotary websites.

If you have any problem with any of these websites, there is some help available on each website. Also feel free to contact a club officer for help.

--- Spend some time exploring all three websites ---

It is a convenient and nearly essential way to learn more about Rotary at all levels to help you transition from being just a member to being a Rotarian.
