Facility Information:8-lane pool with Dakronics timing equipment including
touch pads at deep end and 1 back-up button per lane. The Aspirus Natatorium is 9 feet deep at the block end and 4 feet at the turn end. There is on deck seating available for 200 spectators along with second floor observatory.
Course:This course is not certified per USA Swimming Rule 104.2.2C(4)
Recording Devices:Per YMCA & WI Swimming policies no recording devices, including cell phones are permitted to be used in bathrooms or locker rooms.

Eligibility: Swimmer’s age as of November 5, 2015. USA technical rules apply. YMCA, USA and other team are welcomed to attend this meet.
Deck Changing:Except where venue facilities require otherwise, changing into or out of swimsuits other than in locker rooms or other designated areas is not appropriate and is prohibited.
Seeding:10 & Unders will be seeded, except 8 & under relays

Athlete Limit: The first 600 swimmers will be entered into the meet. After that entries will be taken on an individual basis at the meet director’s discretion.
Age Groups:8 & under, 9-10, 11-12, and 13 & over
Awards:Individual Awards – Medals 1-8
Relay Awards – Medals 1-8
Top 6 individual High Point Awards will be awarded for male and female in each age bracket.
There will also be heat winnerawards.
Scoring: Individual- 9-7-6-5-4-3-2-1
Relays- Will not be scored
Warm-ups:Warm-up times will be assigned according to team size and distance traveled. Meet will not start before
8 am.
PM session information be distributed with warm up times
Meet Conduct:The meet referee reserves the right to dismiss any swimmer and/or spectator from the competition due to inappropriate conduct.
Results:Results will be posted during the meet. Live results can be found using the Meet Mobile app or on our website,
Rest Area:The YMCA gym will be used for team’s rest area.
Coach’s Hospitality:A coach’s hospitality room will be available.
Concessions:A concessions stand will be available for healthy
snacks and lunch. No food will be allowed in the pool
area.
