All-Inclusive concept:

All-Inclusive – Bracelet

On arrival you receive an All-Inclusive bracelet. Please wear it during your stay. This will make it easier for our staff to recognize you as a hotel guest.

Towel Cards

Towels are available at beach/pool towel centres. Please keep the card with you and returnit back upon check-outto the reception. In case of its loss, you will be charges 50 L.E per card. Thank you for your understanding.

Food Beverage Outlets:

Our All-inclusiveoffer includes:mineral water, soft drinks, filter tea / coffee, local spirt, vodka, gin, ouzo, brandy, rum and draft beer at the open bars, all served by individual glass.

Beverages which are not included are fresh juice, special coffees (espresso, cappuccino, coffee late, blended coffee),all imported alcohol and wines, local champagne and local wines by bottle.

Local wines are served individually by glass only during the lunch and dinner at the Main Restaurant and at dinner in Andiamo Italian Restaurant.

Meals

Please don’t take any food out from the restaurants due to hygienic reasons!

Bars

Dress Code

Men are requested to wear at least a knee length short and a short-sleeved shirt/T-Shirt. In general no swimwear is allowed in the restaurants / no beach towels.

TV

Satellite TV with an international variety of programmes is available in your room.

Iron / Reading Lamp / Baby Coat / Pillows

The pools - including the relaxing pool - can be used from 08:00h –5:00 PM / main pool is heated during the winter time.

Animation Teamis here to entertain you on daily basis in the open area and in the evenings with their daily program. Check their information board at the main swimming pool.

Kids Clubis open during the day on daily basis / Baby Sittingis available for extra charge, please contact the Animation Team for more information.
