LG-Nortel Systems is pleased to announce the commercial release of the enhanced Auto Attendant interface board (24AAIBE) and the enhanced Voice Mail interface board (24VMIBE) for the Aria 24.

A list of features supported by the AAIBE and VMIBE boards are below. Both the VMIBE and AAIBE have been increased to 3 channels with enhanced record time, extension-messaging time and speech time.

1.VMIBE

  • System announcements to callers queuing in hunt groups.
  • System announcements to DISA/DID callers, (activate CCR or disconnect).
  • System announcements to Customer Call Routing (CCR).
  • Call progress prompts to DID/DISA callers when busy or no-answer is encountered.
  • Date and time stamp voice prompts for user messages.
  • Personal greeting when forward to the VMIBis activated.
  • Messages, when forward to the VMIB is activated.
  • VMIB message transfer (messages can be forwarded to other handsets)
  • Station time / date and status prompts.
  • MOH.

2.AAIBE

  • System announcement to callers to the Attendant

Availability

The 24VMIBE is available for order effective immediately. The 24VMIB is officially withdrawn from sale as from Wednesday April 5th 2006.

The 24AAIBE is expected to be available for order in June. An email will be sent out to all dealers when this item is available for order.

Note: technicians must be registered with the Product Support Group to access Level 2 Support via the 1800 number.

Warranty

24VMIBE and 24AAIBE are covered by the standard Aria Communications 12 month warranty.

For the term of the warranty all claims will be handled in the following manner;

Complete an Equipment Fault Docket and fax it to the Repair Centre on (03) 8562 0100.

Aria Communications will despatch a replacement part at our expense, to you within 24 hours.

You will, at your expense, return the faulty part to the Repair Centre within 14 days.

An invoice will be issued where necessary.

ACA Approval

The 24VMIBE and 24AAIBE haveundergone all relevant regulatory testing andare compliant to all ACA guidelines.
