Title / Ultimate Dinosaurs meet Star Trek Crew
Schedule: / Wednesday, August 17, 2016
8:30 a.m.: CMN and CASM crew, actors meet at CMN (exact location TBD). Script run-through and rehearsals, dressing and make-up.
9:00 a.m.: Orkestra crew arrive with Dino suits.
9:00 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.: Filming at CMN. Note: CMN opens to the public at 9:00 a.m.
11:30 a.m. – 12:10 p.m.: Lunch break at CMN.
12:10 p.m. – 12:30 p.m.: Travel to CASM.
12:30 p.m. – 3:30 p.m.: Filming at CASM. Note: SFAE will be open during this time.

  • Filming day will be an opportunity to interact with visitors and promote each exhibition: selfies with Dinos and ST crew, images for CMN and CASM social media, handing out ST cards.
  • ST crew props: 4 tricorders, 2 pairs spok ears, several Tribbles, one box Two Can Trek Tuesdays cards
  • ST costumes: 4 costumes (sizes TBC), actors to bring own black shoes/boots, make-up
  • Water and snacks to be served in the CMN boardroom (budget and menu TBC)

Transition to Starfleet away team (4) disembarking from van in from of CMN, holding tricorders, looking around and scanning, like tourists. They look nervous but interested.
They are greeted by the enthusiastic dinosaurs (4) who lead them skipping and running into the Museum of Nature. Shot of the group entering through the iconic doors. / v/o: Travel through time before time runs out! / [ALT: And friends old and new still have time to make the most of it.]

The dinosaurs are taking them through the exhibit, they stop and take it all in, try the AR, compare this technology with their own tricorders.

Dinosaurs and Star Trek away team say goodbye one by one:

2)Live long and prosper (Dino has trouble)

5)Wave goodbye and beam out of the bridge as the away team watches and waves, then sit in their seats in the bridge. Captain gives the command (“Engage!”)
