This declaration is issued under the provision of Standard8, Clause8.4 of the Standards for Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) 2015 (referred to in this declaration as the Standards).

As a condition of registration, the Queensland Curriculum and Assessment Authority (QCAA), as delegate for the Australian Skills Quality Authority (ASQA),requires all RTOs delivering services under the QCAA delegation to complete this form and provide any additional information as requestedby this form by 31March each calendar year. The completed form and any other attachments must be emailed by the CEOto th the school name and QCAA number in the subject line as well as the words ‘Annual Declaration on Compliance’.

National VET Data Policy2017 — Schedule12 / The RTO recognises the waiverof Standard7, Clause3, Financial Viability Risk Assessment Requirements,by ASQA. ASQA has waived the requirement for schools seeking registration and renewal of registration with the QCAAas delegate of ASQA, to submit to an assessment of financial viability. The waiver is granted on the grounds that the financial viability risk for Queensland’s secondary school is considered low. This waiver does not remove the obligation of providers or applicants to submit to a future assessment, if required, by ASQA or the QCAA.
The RTO has provided accurate and current information to the QCAA during the previous yearvia the QCAAprovided AVETMISScompliant student management system, quality indicator data reports and annual reports.

  • evidence of compliance with Schedule2 (National VET Data Policy2017) — minimum mandatory content for inclusion in a VET Data use statement and RTO declaration and understanding.
