Application forms, with a scanned copy of any signed pages, should be submitted to UNITAR at by email attachment. In exceptional cases, faxed or mailed copies will also be accepted (see page 3). Applications can also be made via the online form availableatour website regarding the modalities of the workshop should be sent directly to the UNITAR Hiroshima Office.

d) / the nominee enjoys the status of the representative of his/her country and as such will behave in accordance with the law, rules and regulations of the host country.
