ITEMS

First of all you have to enter the item into the database by using either a barcode or give it a simple unique number.
After that enter the model number and at the last enter the purchase and sale price of the product and select from which vendor you are purchasing this item after fill in the fields click on Add Button all the info you provided is shown into the table.

Customer

Purpose of this product is to maintain the data of customer. Benefits of this feature are long term in terms of marketing, promotions and offers based on customer history.

Just fill the given fields and click on add button and for the deletion and update just find the record in grid double click it to fill the values and then perform your desired operation.

VENDORS

Purpose of the module is to maintain the record of vendors and purchase record from vendors. This will help maintaining the account books for receivables and payables.

In the Vendor section you have to type all the details about the vendor.
e.g. If you buy Cell Phone from Vendor than type the details about Vendor like vendor name, address, contact number etc. You also can edit or delete the vendor as well like the above.

Sales

Now we are in the sale portion right now. When you are selling your product/Item then go to sale tab in the first field type or scanned the barcode of your product after scanning press add your record automatically goes into the table.

You can also give the discount after selecting the record and by pressing the discount button and type the value in discount field and click add.

Then select your customer to whom you are selling your item. Select the mode of payment select from the drop down menu and in advance you can also set the GST in %. At the end just click on the complete button the receipt will automatically generate and is ready for the print. Receipt will be saved on server as well for use in future. Receipt can be printed in any language.


Invoice Regeneration

In Case you need to regenerate any invoice this module will help you locate and regenerate the invoice based on invoice number or customer id.

Sale Return

In Case you need to cancel any sale and remove its record from the system just enter the invoice number and sale will be cancelled.

Reports

The Reports section is very simple just select the report type from the drop down menu and click on get report button. You can also filter the reports by changing the dates. Export data functionality is also provided.

Accounts

Transactions:

Sale and purchase transactions are automatically added to accounts log. For other expenses addition and management transactions module is provided. You can simple add any type of cash inflow or outflow through this module and that will reflect in your accounts balance sheet.

Accounts Reports:

Balance sheet can be extracted from the given module for any dates.

User Management System

User Management

For user rights management extensive user management is provided. Three types of rights is embedded

Attendance Management:

Every user has to login once and his attendance will be marked. But to mark checkout he has to manually press logout button. Reports can be checked for single user and all the users as well.
