HFNZ Youth Leadership Weekend - Christchurch

Friday 8th – Sunday 10th August 2014

Please complete this form, and send back with your Registration Form so that our Administrator, Leanne Pearce can make your travel bookings with accurate information. Leanne will contact you if needed.

If you live within a reasonable driving distance to Christchurch, HFNZ would appreciate if you/your family could drive to the Workshop. If this is not possible, please complete this form with your travel requirements.

Please include both Christian name and Surname for each person travelling; please use the name that is on the identification that you will use at the time of check in.

PLEASE NOTE: You are welcome to extend your travel to include a visit to Christchurch before or after the Workshop, or to fly to other Centres etc. While we will endeavour to meet your travel needs, please be aware that we must put HFNZ money to best possible use.HFNZ will pay for the equivalent of Smart Saver Fares to and from Christchurch, so if your travel is more expensive, in consultation with you, we will charge you the difference. Please also be aware that in order to get the cheapest fares, you may have an early start, an extra stopover or some waiting time.

If there is any reason we should wait to book your travel please let us know ASAP.

PLEASE NOTE:All attendees are ultimately responsible for their own travel. Any costs incurred by an attendee for failing to travel at the organised time will be the responsibility of the attendees and not HFNZ. HFNZ will invoice you for costs from unused travel bookings if these cannot be refunded.

You will receive information on times, dates of flights once the booking is made, and you will receive your tickets closer to the time of the Workshop.
