EKSWpurpose

EKSW(fig.1;photo3,4) ispurposedforestablishinghydraulicchannel (microdrift) betweenoil (gas) wellandproductivepoolbyboringan aperture (perforation) of 20 mm. diameter and up to 0,85m. length in casing and face area.

EKSWmay be applied at wells with 130 and 150 mm. casing internal diameter and up to 12 mm. side thickness.

EKSWapplicationadvantages

EKSW, unlikecumulativeperforation, allowspoolpenetrationwithoutcasingdeformationandcripplingtheconcreteisolationlayerbehind the casing.

EKSWallowsoilproductioninthewellwith minimum water concentration.

After pool penetration with EKSW there is no necessity in so-called “warming-up” the well to ensure more effective productivity.

EKSW, unlikecumulativeandhydraulicperforation, allowstopenetrateas well thin formations of about 0,4m. thickness in presence of ground waters, without risk of water intrusion.

After penetrating the pool with EKSW the debit of the well increases two to six times.

EKSWoperation

AfterslackingtheEKSWboreholetoolontheperforationpointitisfixedintheholewithgeared supports.

Thenboremoving-outfromconductorcaseis carried out, and the casing is perforated in the low speed spindle feed.

Furtherperforationofface area in the higher speed spindle feed is supplied by increasing boring log length with drilling tubes moving out from magazine carrying case (Fig. 1).

Afterperforationfinishingthegearedsupports are moved in, and so the borehole tool is unfixed for elevation.

Time of one hole drilling is no more than 45 minutes.
