◆Tour Booking Conditions

  1. Prices are quoted based on per adult.
  2. A minimum of 15 persons is required for each tour program. Tour programs with fewer than 15 persons may be changed or cancelled. In this case, tour applicants will have the option of taking alternative tour programs or cancellation free of charge.
  3. Child Cost: Under 2years old – No charge, No service
  4. Tour times may change due to local weather conditions.
  5. Pick up & Drop off point: BEXCO
  6. Included – Tour Guide Throughout (English Speaking), Transportation, Admission costs, Lunch at Local Restaurant (Full day tour only)
  7. Tour itineraries may change without notice due to local conditions.
  8. Reservations should be made through the website with the application form and full payment.
  9. Admission fees will be charged if you cancel your reservation after full payment by credit card.

◆Cancellation Policy (After Confirmation)

  1. 7 Days Ahead – Cancellation fee will be 20% of the total amount
  2. 2 Days Ahead – Cancellation fee will be 50% of the total amount
  3. 1 Day Ahead or on Tour Day – Cancellation fee will be 100% of the total amount
  4. All tour fees must be guaranteed with your card information at the time of application.
  5. In case of cancellation, the travel agency will contact individually.
