This SOP is applicable to requirement procedure of Manpower in various departments ofSolitaire Pharmacia Pvt. Ltd., Baddi.

  1. Procedure

5.1.The concern department head raises a manpower requisition by filling in MRF (Manpower Requisition form), specifying the reason for requisition at least 60 days prior to actual requirement. A manpower requisition can be raised because of the following reasons:

5.2.Replacement of existing employee upon employee separation

5.3.Appointment of new employee according to the approved annual Manpower Plan

5.4.Unscheduled appointment of new employee

5.5.The concern department Head forwards the MRF (Manpower Requirement Form), incorporating the roles and responsibilities of the employee and the job description, to the HR Manager.

5.6.The HR Manager will review the MRF against the manpower plan. In case the MRF is not according to the manpower plan, then the MRF form will be forwarded to the HR Head for approval. If the HR Head approve(s), the MRF will be forwarded to the HR Executive at the Head office.

5.7.The applications of the candidates are screened and suitable candidates are identified by the HR Manager. A list of suitable candidates along with their CV’s is forwarded to the respective Head of Department by the HR Manager.

5.8.The concern department Head reviews the applications of the enlisted candidates and identifies candidates suitable for the job. A list of shortlisted candidates will be provided to the HR Executive (Plant/Head office) by the Head of department.

5.9.The HR Executive will schedule interviews with the shortlisted candidates and subsequently an Interview Schedule will be prepared.

5.10.If candidate selected,HR Manager generates offer letter of the selected candidate and obtains approval of HR Head.

5.11.HR Executive communicates the appointment to the selected candidate, by means of an “Offer Letter” The HR Executive collects all CV’s (Curriculum Vitae) received and uploads them in the CV database.
