PART H – ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Please be aware that there is no automatic entitlement to a garage, housing to entitlement in a specific location or school district, enclosed garden, access to public transport or proximity to other British families should any of these be of particular importance to you it is recommended that you source your own property on arrival to better meet your personal requirements. The property you will be allocated will be within a 45 minute (driving) commute to your place of work. The 45 minute commute time will be measured outside of rush hour timings, commute times in rush hour traffic can be in excess of one hour.

There are areas within Hampton Roads where rental properties are significantly more expensive. It would therefore be helpful if you would indicate whether or not you are prepared to accept a property below entitlement with regards to the number of bedrooms.
