Review of old business

*Motion to approve last meeting’s minutes – motion approved

Reports:

President-Angie Fulfer

  • Angie contacted Danette from Mechanicsburg Lacrosse Club. Her boys numbers are fine but her girls numbers are low. She only has (1) 5th grader, (4) 6th graders, and (2) 7th graders. She wants to know when our absolute latest deadline is for closing our registration/ordering uniforms. The Mbg parents are getting a little antsy about the possibility of Mbg not being able to field girls teams and our registration closing December 15th. (see registration)

Vice President-Kyle McGill

Treasurer-Steve Hammel

  • Information for securing the field (Jennifer has for Brad Hake).
  • Still have some money outstanding due to online registration.

Registrar-Gretchen Strouse

  • Update on registration numbers:

*Elementary Girls (8), Middle School Girls (22)—breakdown=

*U9 Boys (15), U11 Boys (12), U13 Boys (33), U15 Boys (12)

Motion made by Jennifer Gruber and seconded by Steve Hammel to extend registration to January 6, 2014. Motion approved.

Lynn needs to get templates set and ready so all we need to do is call with numbers. Only add additional amount at end as needed.

*Need to find a better system for registering kids online/paper and getting sizing information for Gretchen. Lynn will help Angie look into finding out how to make this easier.
