Position 1:

Division Order Analyst or Senior Division Order Analyst:

3-10 years of oil and gas ownership and division order experience
Ability to read and comprehend Drilling and Division Order Title Opinions, Leases, JOA’s and other ownership related documentation
Analysis of ownership documentation, including Mineral and Warranty Deeds, Assignments of Oil and Gas Leases related to transfers/changes in ownership
Ability to calculate and verify gross working, overriding royalty and, royalty interest ownership
Strong analytical, math, communication skills with an aptitude for detailed and precise work
Knowledge of oil and gas law, state statutes related to oil and gas minerals, unclaimed property regulations, probate/laws of descent and distribution, contracts, etc.
Resourceful in research of old records and problem solving
General knowledge of Microsoft Office required. Knowledge/experience with Waterfield Division Order Ownership Management tool, Quorum, AVATAR, SAP/PRA a plus
Must possess strong decision making, problem solving, technical knowledge, communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Work well independently, as well as, in a “team” atmosphere

Position 2:

Division Order Analyst or Senior Division Order Analyst with systems technical knowledge/talent:

3-10 years of oil and gas ownership and division order experience
Ability to read and comprehend Drilling and Division Order Title Opinions, Leases, JOA’s and other ownership related documentation
Analysis of ownership documentation, including Mineral and Warranty Deeds, Assignments of Oil and Gas Leases related to transfers/changes in ownership
Ability to calculate and verify gross working, overriding royalty and, royalty interest ownership
Strong analytical, math, communication skills with an aptitude for detailed and precise work
