WOODBROOK’S GOT TALENT SHOW

January 29 at 6:30pm

in the

JPS High School Auditorium

Get ready to celebrate our dancers, singers, gymnasts, and musicians!

Students will perform in grade order beginning with kindergarten and ending with grade 5.

There will be short breaks between grades if you need to leave before the end of the show so as not to interrupt any performer.

Performers should be brought to the auditorium at 5:45 pm.

Ticket sales will begin at 6pm.

Tickets will be sold in the main lobby for $5 per person

(children under 3 are free).

Please bring exact change.

No strollers permitted, crying children must be taken out of the auditorium out of consideration for our performers and guests.

The show will begin at 6:30pm.

Instructions for Performers and Performers’ Families:

Performers should arrive on Jan 29, 2016at JPS HS by 5:45pm,NOT LATER,and go directly into the auditorium and sit in the front rows.
Rows will be marked by grade & name in order of performances.
Parents should hold performers’ jackets and place them on a saved seat next to them for when their grade has finished performing so the performers have seats with their families.
Performers should have their equipment with them in the front rows so they are ready to perform.
Large equipment such as drums/puppet show should be brought behind the stage by the parent at 6 pm and set up with name tags on them.
We will practice getting on and off the stage beginning at 6pm.
Parents and families of performers should go to the main lobby to pay their entrance fees at 5:45 and then enter the auditorium once they have paid.
Parents of performers should not disturb performers who are waiting in the front rows.
Parents will have the order of performances in their programs so that they know when they should be ready to take pictures/video tape their children.
Performers will remain in the front rows until their grades have finished performing at which time parents should come to the front row to take their children back to their seats.
Parents, please remember to save a seat for your performer right next to you for after his/her grade finishes.
