The Rendezvous is coming up quickly. Here’s a challenge to all you chapters out there…and…you could win “big bucks” for your chapter, too. Do you want to know how? Put together a LNT camp and compete against all the other chapters for the big prize. We have space reserved for each and every chapter to participate. It would be lots of fun to see what you all come up with …and all the great ideas we could learn from each other. Sounds like LOTS of fun to me!!!
And be going through those photos for the perfect one, or two, to enter in the photo contest. For you packers, get ready…we want to see a bunch of you this year. Register early and waive the packing entrance fee. Now THAT’s a GREAT deal! That way we can get the schedule done ahead of time. That ought to make things go smoother for you all, especially if you’re competing in other competitions for the packsaddle overall prize. Does your chapter want to have bragging rights? We have another chapter challenge for you…get everyone in your chapter to pre-register. We have a prize for the chapter with the most participation this year…and bragging rights, too. Watch in the THN and on the web site for all the competition and prize information and for the registration form. And, your director also has this info. We plan to have great prizes in every event. Tell all your friends about our big weekend and bring them along. Competitions are open to everyone, ya know. Last year was successful but this year can be off the record. Don’t forget to get your breakfast and dinner tickets, too. We promise GREAT meals this year. Don’t forget, the convention (membership meeting), clinicians (Josh Lyons, Johnny Clark, Dianne Mortenson, and Elaine Steele), auctions (silent and live), music, dances, shopping, demos, BLM wild horses and burros, cowboy church, and more my co-chairman, John, told you about in the last THN. We’ll keep you busy from Friday to Sunday with all the fun things to do and see. See ya in May!!
