Sunbeach Communications Inc. – In accordance with section 2.03.2 of the Rules of the Barbados Stock Exchange (BSE), the Board of Directors of the BSE has agreed that effective Tuesday September 28, 2004, trading in the shares of Sunbeach Communications Inc. has been suspended until further notice.
This action was taken as a result of the concerns of the Directors of the BSE regarding the financial position of Sunbeach Communications Inc. as of April 30, 2004.
BWIA West Indies Airways Limited – We wish to advise that BWIA West Indies Airways Limited has requested to have their sharesuspension extended for a further three months. This is to allow them to finalize the restructuring process of the company. Their suspension comes to an end on May 22nd 2006.
Our Settlement cycle has changed from T+5 to T+3 effective January 1st 2006.
ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
RBTT Financial Holdings Limited- Directors have by resolution fixed May 25th, 2006 as the record date for the determination of shareholders entitled to receive notice of the Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held on July 6th, 2006.
Sagicor Financial Corporation - Directors have by resolution fixed May 12th, 2006 as the record date for the determination of shareholders entitled to receive notice of the Annual General Meeting of the Company.
GraceKennedy Limited- The Annual General Meeting for the Company will be held on Monday May 29th 2006 at #73 Harbour StreetKingston.
Ansa Mcal (Barbados) Limited- The Annual General Meeting for the Company will be held on Friday May 12th 2006 in board room of Ansa Mcal (Barbados) Ltd Wildey St. Michael.
Bico - Directors have by resolution fixed April 10th, 2006 as the record date for the determination of shareholders entitled to receive notice of the Annual General Meeting of the Company, to be held May 16th, 2006.
DIVIDEND DECLARATION
RBTT Financial Holdings Limited- Directors have fixed May 25th, 2006 as the record date for the determination of shareholders entitled to receive the final dividend of sixty-five (65) Trinidadian cents per share to be paid on June 9th, 2006.
Sagicor Financial Corporation - Directors have fixed May 12th, 2006 as the record date for the determination of shareholders entitled to receive the final dividend of six (6) cents per share to be paid on May 17th, 2006.
GraceKennedy Limited - Directors have fixed May 5th, 2006 as the record date for the determination of shareholders entitled to receive the interim dividend of forty-five (45) Jamaican cents per share to be paid on May 26th, 2006. The company’s register of members will be closed from May 5th to 11th.
Barbados National Bank - Directors have fixed May 15th, 2006 as the record date for the determination of shareholders entitled to receive an interim dividend of eight (8) cents per share to be paid on May 31st, 2006.
Bico - Directors have fixed May 4th, 2006 as the record date for the determination of shareholders entitled to receive the final dividend to be paid on May 10th, 2006.
