Part I Coaching: Addressing needs assessment, goal setting, planning, novice to expert, reflection, and fostering critical thinking development (1.5 CH)

  1. Anne Walker, RN, MSPersonality Styles, Challenging Situations, and Dealing with the ‘Difficult Preceptee’- Understanding personality styles helps in solving specific challenges faced by preceptors. (1.5 CH)
