At July’s Administrators’ Synergy professional development, some principals expressed their interest in adding an administrator to our distribution list, so that they can be updated on information shared with science leaders. In the Contact Information Form, we have added an optional “Administrator” in the drop down menu.
Submission timeframe: Monday, August 31, 2015 - Friday, September 11, 2015.
In light of the District STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Mathematics) initiative and subsequent media coverage on the importance of showcasing student investigations at venues like the Miami-Dade STEM Expo, it is imperative that schools submit contact information within the timeframe, since the first meeting is scheduled for the third week of September 2015.
