On behalf of GroceryAid North East and York, I am delighted to invite you to join us at our signature event; the Valentines Ball, which this year will once again be held at the Marriot Gosforth Park, Newcastle.

The date for your diary is Saturday 10th February, 2018.

The Valentines Ball is the biggest event in our calendar and really does need your support. What better and easier way of raising money for our industry charity can there be, than by simply booking a table for you, your customers, colleagues or friends, and just enjoying yourself on the most romantic weekend of the year, as we provide an evening of fun and entertainment, together with a great 4 course meal.

All our tables win some great prizes, and our guestsalso get a fabulous Goody Bag. This year we also had a couple get engaged, so who knows what next year will bring!

Full details of the event are enclosed in our booking pack. A maximum of 260 places will be available, so please book early to avoid disappointment.

In addition, there are opportunities for you to contribute to the Goody Bag (products/vouchers/pens/freebies etc.) to raise awareness of your company with those attending, and we welcome any prizes and auction items that you could donate. Sponsorship of any part of the evening is always available and we will work to give you the maximum exposure for your business or brand.
