Text to new hostess with save the date:
Hey oooo. This is Nancy with Premier Designs. It was great to meet you at Robin's show! I am looking forward to the fun we will have at your show on Friday, November 7th! Go ahead and save my contact info so you can reach me easily if you have a question. I will also forward to you next a ‘save the date’ you can go ahead and send out. I will send the official invite to you about three weeks before your show. Hope you have a great week!

Text to hostess to remind her about guest list:

Hey oooo. I hope you are getting excited about free jewelry coming your way! I just wanted to remind you to send me your guest list of addresses so I can get your invites out in the mail. I know people will be excited to get ‘fun mail’ from you! Don’t forget to mark off your ‘guest list’ square on your tic tac toe board once you send it!

If she replies she is not mailing invite, only text or email:

No problem! If you would like to get credit for the box on your tic tac toe that says ‘send guest list’, then if you just send me the list of names of people you plan to invite via text and email, that will count!

Text invite verbiage to hostess:
Hey Dana! Hope all is well! I am sending you a text invite next for your Jewelry Show on July 17th so you can forward it out to 'texting friends'. Your mailed invites went out today. I have also emailed you a copy. Text me the names of the first three who rsvp so I can keep track for your show. Looking forward to it!

If you don’t get the 3 RSVP names in a few days:

Hey! Just wanted to check in and see how your RSVPs are going so far? Just wanted to let you know that most often, you will get the no’s first. Don’t stress. They can still order and it will still count for you! Let me know if you have any questions.

Text about outside orders one week before:

Hey oooo! We are about a week away from your jewelry show! I just wanted to remind you that if people can’t make it to the show, they can still look at the book you have or go online and see the jewelry. My website is: I will get all orders from you at your show. Remember, if you get $100 in pre-orders, you get a $50 free jewelry bonus! And if you get $150 in orders, you can mark off a square on your tic tac toe board!

Text ‘reminder’ to hostess:
Hey Jenn! I am excited about your jewelry show coming up this weekend. I will be sending you another text with a reminder that you can forward out to your guest list. Mark off your tic tac toe square once you do! Do you know about how many you are expecting so far? Let me know if you have any questions. Looking forward to it!

Customer thanks text:
Hello! Thanks for attending Miriam's Premier Designs jewelry show last night! I am so glad you were able to be there! I will be texting to you next my 'virtual' business card.
