Open tenders are invited by DRM(S&T)JP, N. W. Railway , for and on behalf of the President of India from competent and experienced contractors in Signal & Telecommunication works for the under mentioned work :
Name of the work: Telecom works in c/w Rewari-Phulera (RPC) Sec.- Elimination of LC No. 70 between JILO-MAONDA stations by construction of RCC box (4.50M X 5.00m) for normal height subway.
The details are as follows:-
1 / Section / RPC sections.2 / Cost of tender forms (NonTransferable ) / Rs. 1000/- only per set from the selling offices and Rs 1500/- if it is required by post. However railway will not be responsible for any transit loss or postal delay.
3 / Tender forms are available on working days at / Office of Sr.DSTE/Jaipur, DRM office, N.W.Railway, Jaipur.
4 / Depositing amount towards cost of tender form / Demand Draft drawn in favor of FA&CAO, N.W.Railway, Jaipur. In the later case ,the Demand Draft is to be sent along with the request for tender form(in the form of cash or bankers cheques / demand drafts )(Cheque or MO will not be accepted).
5 / Date of commencement of sale of tender documents / 24/01/2016; 09:30 Hrs to 18:00 Hrs of on all working days except Saturday, Sunday and Holidays.
6 / Date and time of closing of sale of tender document / 24/02/2016 ; 11:00 Hrs
7 / Last date and time of receipt of tender documents / 24/02/2016 ; Before 15:00 Hrs
8 / Date and time for closing of tender box/boxes / 24/02/2016 ; 15:00 Hrs

In case any of the days mentioned here above is declared Bandh or Holiday on any account, the tender paper will be received/opened on the following working day at same time and place.
Filled and sealed tender documents can also be sent by registered post/speed post/courier service addressed to the place of submission within the above mentioned date and time at their own risk. Railway shall not be responsible for any transit loss or postal delay.
The tender documents is also available on North western Railway website nwr.indianrailways.gov.in and the same can be downloaded and used as tender document for submitting the offer. This facility is free of cost.However, the cost of the tender documents have to be deposited in the form of Bank Demand Draft in favour of FA&CAO, N.W.Railway, Jaipur .This should be paid separately and not included in the earnest money.Postal Orders and Cheque will not be accepted.In case the offer is not accompanied with the valid demand draft ofearnest money (EMD) and the Cost of tender forms, the tender document as detailed above will be summarily rejected. In case of anydiscrepancy between the tender documents downloaded from internet and the master copy, the later shall prevail and will be binding on the tenderer(s). No claim in this account will be entertained. Railway administration will not be responsible for any delay/difficulty/inaccessibility of the downloading facility for any reason whatsoever.
