TECHNICAL INFORMATION AND SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS FOR INFINISOURCE’S WEBSITE

Trouble Shooting

If you are experiencing problems on the website while trying to submit forms or run reports, please go to the “Technical Info” tab on the left hand side of your screen after you login. Check the technical information you have by clicking on that tab. A box will appear which shows what browser you are using and what version. Please compare that to what we show below.

Please review that information with the information below:

Recommended versions of Internet Explorer: 8, 9 or 10.

Internet Explorer 10 (Compatibility mode) / This site should work.
Internet Explorer 11 / Compatibility mode should be ON.

Note: There are many variations of operating systems, such as Windows 7, 8, XP and Vista. You will need to know that information if you are downloading newer versions of Internet Explorer. Not all combinations of servers and Internet Explorer are compatible. Go to “Start” and “Programs” on your desktop to locate your version if you do not know what version you currently have.

How to turn off compatibility mode:

Go to “Tools” at the top of your browser – Find Compatibility View – there should be NO black checkmark. If there is,

click on it to turn it off.

Note: You may need to uninstall your old version of Internet Explorer:

Go to “My Computer” – Add or Remove Programs – find the program and uninstall it.

Also, Firefox and Google Chrome are working well. You can download one of them and keep it as an alternate browser.

Please add us to your Trusted Sites and check your Security settings:

·  Go to Tools – Internet Options – Security – Trusted Sites (click on sites) – if you are on our website it will be there and you would just click “Add”. It should look like this: https://netsecure.infinisource.com

·  Also under this area, you should go to Tools – Internet Options – Security – Internet - and make sure settings are Medium-high and not High.

Make sure you “REFRESH” by clicking on the refresh button (green arrows) at the top of your browser:

If this is still not working, you should logout and try logging back in.

If all of this was tried and there are still issues, it may be your specific settings in your own firewall or domain controller. You will need to seek assistance from your IT department.

If you have tried troubleshooting and your system is still not responding properly, please send your technical information to Infinisource for review.
