Ashley
  • Work on self-improvement including training on public speaking, management courses
  • Read self-improvement books such as leadership books
  • Work on taking more initiative to improve self-confidence

Blake
  • Achieve zero preventable accidents
  • Achieve zero bank corrections
  • Implement prepaid metering by March 1
  • Complete over 30,000 meter exchanges this year
  • Complete all meter equipment inspections by end of Q1
  • Have more accurate budgeting while staying 10% under budget

Colleen
  • Have the safety department accomplish buy-in from the supervisors (idea: invite safety manager to management team meetings once per month at the strategic planning meetings)
  • Get an leadership and employee development program in place
  • Develop the manager and get organization within the communications and outreach department
  • Delegate and trust more to become more comfortable with managers’ abilities
  • Find out where all the vehicles are
  • Get T4 building project completed in 2017

Dane
  • Mitigate all five high security risks by 7/1/2017
  • Mitigate five medium security risks by the end of the year
  • Have the Gretna and Hinson substations communicating before the go-live date (5/31)
