Enclosed are two forms for completion and should be returned together with your application form and cheque:

1 - Kitchen and Night Duty Form:

Parents will be required to carry out 1 kitchen and 1 night duty per child during camp week.

Please indicate when you would be available for duties; a few options would be helpful.

It isnecessary for everyone that is on night duty to stay for the whole night, please complete this section and indicate where you would stay and your meal requirements.

2 – Sleeping Arrangements,Designated Helper:

Sleeping Arrangements – If you can provide a tent indicate how many it sleeps, remembering it has to accommodate children and their clothing etc for a week! Tents are the preferred accommodation.

Some members need a little help tacking up etc, we need a few parents to volunteer to be a ‘designated helper’ and to do an extra duty in the stables, tacking up, raking and tiding up. This, I’m afraid doesn’t get you out of the other duties, but a bit of extra help would be appreciated, so please indicate when you would be available.
