Subject:Notification about the concluded contract

Dear Sirs,

We are pleased to inform you that after issuance of the Contract Award Notification for production of the steel structure for the 420 kV Sima-Samnager transmission line, Dalekovod has managed to receive, at the International Invitation to Bid where it was facing tough competition, a Contract Award Notification for construction of the 420 kV Sauda-Liastolen Tranmission Line. Dalekovod is a supplier of complete equipment and contractor who shall be engaged in construction of the new 30 km long captioned high voltage power transmission and distribution project.

The transmission line route passes through a Norwegian region, characterized by severe continental climate with the influence of changeable weather conditions coming from the Atlantic. The construction of the transmission line shall be performed with the use of helicopters, which is a usual practice in construction of transmission lines in Norway, due to strict ecological and safety requirements.

The works shall, due to weather conditions and exceptionally short period of time in which the works can be executed (between March and October of the year), start in the middle of March 2010 and finish by the end of June 2011.

The above transmission line shall be constructed with the intention to increase the reliability in supply of electricity to the costumers and to increase the power capacities of the ever increasing consumption of electricity not only in this region of Norway. To this effect the transmission line shall be integrated into the Norwegian electric power system. The value of works shall amount to EURO 12.000.000.

The construction project of the 420 kV Sauda-Liastolen tranmission line is a continuation of a large investment cycle that was initiated a few years ago by the Norwegian company Statnett. The above shall soon result in publication of the Invitation to Bid for construction of the new 420 kV Sima-Samnager Transmission Line in the length of 90 km, i.e. 420 kV Orskog-Faldal transmission line in the length of 270 km.

Dalekovod has confirmed to the company Statnett that it is looking forward to participation in the above Invitations to Bid for construction of the captioned power transmission and distribution projects and has given a clear message that the company Dalekovod intends to confirm its domination on the Scandinavian market and in long-term to establish its presence on this financially alluring, but also a very demanding market, on which quality, reliability and confidence are regarded as priorities between the partners.
