Sir/Madam,

With pleasure, I inform you that Central Board of Secondary Education, has conducted Entrance Examination on 08/01/2017 for JNV,Yaralpat,Imphal East and on the same basis, Your son/daughter/Master/Km………………………………………………Roll No……………………has been selected provisionally for admission in class VIth in this Vidyalaya. He/She is only entitled to take admission after fulfillment of prescribed conditions relating to entrance, In this connection you attend Principal’s Office with student on……………………………….

We are enclosing some prescribed formats with this letter and the applicant must fill up these formats with the help of Head Master of that school from where he/she has passed 5th Class and submit the same (format must fillup either in English or in Hindi language). Application must be accompanied the signature of Guardian & countersigned by the Headmaster. The following documents should be submitted:

  1. Duly filled prescribed format of student.
  2. Original & photo copy of cast certificate if candidate belongs to SC/ST category
  3. Original & photo copy of result card of Class 5th
  4. Original & photo copy of Transfer Certificate of 5th Class duly countersigned by District Block Education Officer/………………………………….. & the same will be deposited after receiving the final information for entrance.
  1. Medical Fitness Certificate of student, issued by Medical Officer of this Vidyalaya. If the student appears to be more age or undersigned feel it necessary, then the student can be refeered for Medical Fitness, to the Chief Medical Officer, whose expenses will also be borned by the guardian. In this regard, the decision of Special Entrance Committee formed by the District Magistrate will be final.
  1. Four Passport size photographs of student.
  2. Certificate showing the location of Vidyalaya situated in Rural/Urban, issued by concerned Tehsildar or Education Officer.
  3. General and O.B.C students have pay Rs.200/- per months as Navodaya Vidyalaya Fees Live) Certificate signed by District Magistrate.

The candidate can be rejected, if you will not present in the Vidyalaya on the fixed date, along with the desired documents.
