  2. FFY15 Grant update:
  3. To-date, we’ve spent$141,749.91and have $50,930.93 left in FFY15 (ending September 30) with invoices from DSoGPO coming in.
  4. Revision letters will be delivered at the next meeting so that they’re all inclusive.
  5. Please work all of the hours necessary to spend your allotted budget.

b)Please do not work daytime hours on this grant unless you have gathered PID and provided it to us ahead of time. Very few communities can support daytime hours.

  2. Checkpoint detail reports are the same. We must have your stats and invoices in to our office by the 10th of each month in order to prepare our monthly report to ODPS. Please send them earlier if possible.

G.OSP is also willing to help out at checkpoints by doing saturation patrols. Please give them at least 2 weeks notice if help is needed. They will also help with training, refreshers and even mentoring at checkpoints. Our new contact is Sgt. Christopher Brock or 216-265-1677. He is on nights and prefers to receive phone calls after 2:30 pm. Lt. Travis Hughes, OSP 18 Cleveland Metro, can be reached at r at his cell 419-357-5132.

H.Ohio Investigative Unit can assist at checkpoints or work during saturation patrols to also visit carry outs and stores to assess over service and underage sales. They will also do trace backs on fatal crashes. Contact Agent in Charge Gregory Croft 216-898-1870.
